The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has reconstituted the Executive Committee and membership of its Anti-Corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU), reaffirming its unwavering commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.

The inauguration ceremony took place at the Nigerian Content Tower in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, where Dr. Abdulmalik Halilu, Director of Corporate Services and Chairman of ACTU-NCDMB, represented the Executive Secretary, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe.

Dr. Halilu explained that the reconstitution of the ACTU reflects the Board’s continuous effort to institutionalize transparency and strengthen collaboration with the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

“Our partnership with the ICPC is fundamental to ensuring that the ideals of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct remain embedded in our institutional culture,” Halilu stated. “The anti-corruption drive is not a one-off campaign but a continuous process that requires the collective commitment of every staff member.”

He added that the Unit will deepen advocacy for ethical standards and continue to strengthen internal systems to ensure strict compliance with public service rules and best practices.
